Sovereign Harbour

Site 7b and 7c Pacific Drive Sovereign Harbour Eastbourne BN23

Description

The Golden Mede development centres on a shared communal space, accessed by the Public Right of Way, the secondary paths and the private gardens. The landscaped space serves as a focal point for the development and takes on the character of a grove of trees surrounding a series of small ponds leading to the brook at the northern part of the site.\r\n\r\nThe development on the Warmstone Lane site is shaped as a soft “V” opening out to the East. At the eastern part of the site, the brook opens up and becomes part of the ponded area in the centre of the development accessed by new paths and the private gardens.\r\n\r\nSouth of the Warmstone Lane site an area has been allocated for new allotments and a new Local area of play, for the use of the new and existing residents in Waddesdon Village alike.
