Description

To maximize its integration onto the site and enhance the feeling of community, the project features large public open spaces . At the junction of the canal's footpaths, a large south facing open space offers an ideal place to gather, relax and enjoy the tranquility of the canal. The organic layout encloses a shared courtyard which connects to the waterside. All dwellings are entered from it. The project also comprises boaters' facilities. Each houses enjoys a dedicated outdoor space under the form of a ground floor garden or a spacious balcony overlooking the canal.
