Description
Amenity space for residents will comprise of a landscaped square at the heart of the development as well as a number of semi private and private areas. In Block C1 a communal residents lounge on the upper ground floor is proposed, along with private terrace areas for triplex apartments, and balconies to the approximately half of the remaining apartments. A semi-public communal roof terrace is located on the tenth floor and is accessible to all residents in the building. The landscaped communal area includes urban beehives, communal gardens, a BBQ and picnic area and sun terrace. In block C1 a landscaped roof terrace provides private space for each apartment.
Planning History
Prior to submission of our planning application meetings were held with a Council planning officers to establish the principle and design of a residential scheme. A full planning application was submitted by Ollier Smurthwaite Architects on 27th November 2014 (Ref: 106657/FO/2014/C1) and Planning Permission was granted on 2nd July 2015.
