Application R/146/09 by Barratt Southern Counties for 45 new dwellings and conversion of the laundry building to provide 5 apartments was refused. In October 2015, permission was granted to application R/83/15/PL for 26 new dwellings, reuse of the laundry building to provide 5 apartments, reuse of cooks & carpenters houses to provide two dwellings.
