Planning History

Pre-application with Hart District Council, was positively received with support from the Design Review Panel who commented “The architect should be congratulated for a very thorough and well-presented application. The conceptual approach of carving out fingers in the landscape is widely supported with the added approach of sinking the ground floors being very convincing indeed; this is very much a 'low impact solution'. The Panel consider it refreshing to see a contemporary design approach used for this unique site”. A full application was submitted which received unanimous approval at committee.
