Decision made to sell site and use funds to enhance existing college campuses at Hitchin and Letchworth. 12 March 2015: Positive pre-application meeting with North Hertfordshire District Council with Crest Nicholson chosen as preferred bidder with Stride Treglown as project architect. 18 February 2016: Planning approval granted for 85 units.
