Planning permission was granted in 2009 to demolish an existing dwelling and replace with 5 proposed dwellings at 93 High Street, Waltham, N.E.Lincolnshire.\r\n\r\nIn May 2012, Jonathan Hendry Architects were appointed to design 2 additional detached dwellings on the site at the rear of The Vicarage, 95 High Street Waltham, N.E.Lincolnshire. \r\nPlanning permission was granted on the 5th June 2013.
