Description

Each property has a private rear garden and the single detached house has an additional private courtyard at lower ground level. The common landscaped areas provide off street parking for all houses and planting is arranged in planters to define the pedestrian routes. The planters also act as storm gardens, assisting in the management of rainwater.

Planning permission for the project was granted in early 2014. Work began on site in July 2014 and the houses were completed by September 2015
