Bruyn's Court

Description

Each of the houses has a private garden and a number of the houses have terraces at various levels providing degrees of privacy and exploiting the far reaching views. All of the apartments have a private balcony or terrace. The site includes open space for use by the wider community this includes informal recreational space and a dedicated equipped play area. The site also includes an wildlife and ecology space with raised boardwalk and resting points. These are enhanced further by the connecting hedge that links the two spaces.

Planning History

The approved design formed a reserved matters application relating to an outline approval received in 2014. The site formed one of the last parcels of an overall master plan for the Sovereign Harbour. The outline approval included a strict set of parameters to which the design had to respond.
