Planning History

The site was previously consented to provide a 9 storey building providing 16no apartments in 2006 which had since lapsed. BDP was commissioned to redesign the scheme, with improved commercial viability and architectural quality. The client required an improved residential layout and an increased quantum. The site is located adjacent to the proposed Manchester HS2 terminal, and as such the area has been masterplanned to provide a future context which the proposal responds to.
