Due to the shape of the site, amenity spaces are arranged as an ensemble of 'retreats' in various locations around the site and on the building, totalling 1560 m2. These include 3 roof terraces, 2 communal gardens both with play spaces and a communal front garden shaded by two 12m high protected trees. The mews show a home zone design at the front and lowered rear gardens that merge with the internal living room space. A soft neighborhood integration was agreed through Secure by Design, leading to an inclusive, non-gated approach.
