These constructive and positive meetings ensured the masterplan fitted with the aspirations for the city and the relevant local plan. These reflect Cardiff's current status as a national capital and as a 'Capital of Culture'.\r\nConsideration has been given the issues raised, particularly street hierarchies. Due to the potential 'over sailing' aspects of the scheme, early consultations with the harbour authority ensured agreement.
