Description

Planning History

Planning permission was granted in March 2015 for a mixed use scheme including commercial space and 410 student bed spaces. The site was purchased in 2015 by a specialist developer and operator of student accommodation in the UK. A revised scheme including 611 bed spaces with commercial space was granted permission in November 2015 under a S73 application. The uplift in bed spaces and improved commercial space resulted from extensive engagement with the London Borough of Lewisham.
